Position Overview

We have several openings for Pipeline Integrity Technicians! You can be located anywhere in the US as long as you have the ability to travel. The main duties include:

 

  • Set-up and calibrate all equipment to interpret, evaluate, and document results through formal reports.
  • Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications.
  • Interpret ILI data and client provided dig sheet
  • Inspect and interpret readings as required in real time, to determine areas of interest.
  • Fill out daily inspection reports and documentation in compliance with company specific and client specific procedures
  • Actively participate and follow the n company and client safety programs at all times. 
  • Complete time and material sheets or daily workflow documents as required
  • Report results in a professional and timely manner

 Skillsets:

  • Ability to be certified in accordance with Aegeus written practice in the following methods: MT, UT & VT
  • Level II UTSW required / Level II PAUT preferred
  • Level II MMT HSD preferred but not required
  • API QUTE-TM / QUPA certifications preferred but not required
  • AMPP CIP Level I/II Certification preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in Kinder Morgan, Enbridge, TC Energy and OneOk field integrity programs preferred

Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in Kinder Morgan, Enbridge, TC Energy and OneOk field integrity programs preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years as a certified Level II in a Technician Role
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Certificates and Licenses Required

  • Ability to be certified in accordance with Aegeus written practice in the following methods: MT, UT & VT
  • Level II UTSW required / Level II PAUT preferred
  • Level II MMT HSD preferred but not required
  • API QUTE-TM / QUPA certifications preferred but not required
  • AMPP CIP Level I/II Certification preferred but not required
  • Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program.
  • Ability to pass DOT and non-DOT drug exams
