This is a contingent role based upon the project being awarded. This is a General Manager for a NDE project located near Richland, Washington that is anticipated to last for 3 - 5 years. This role will be responsible for customer scheduling, resource management, adherence to company quality and safety requirements, and project execution ensuring operational excellence and working to exceed customer expectations for the duration of this project. This is a full time role with PTO, 401K and benefits.
The main duties include:
- Oversee and manage the entire NDE project. This includes scheduling/manpower staffing, quality, documentation, and all timelines.
- Be the main point of contact for the client for scheduling, quality questions, deliverables, and service questions on the Hanford site.
- Manage, communicate, and ensure all tasks are completed on time for the site HSE Manager, Quality Manager, Radiation Safety Manager, Billing Coordinator, and Document Administrator.
- Manage, communicate, and ensure all tasks are being completed on time for all direct labor.
- Review, validate and submit daily activities report as required by the client. Ensure this is completed correctly and validates all work activities onsite for the day as per the agreed contractual terms.
- Oversee and manage the billing spreadsheet daily for clients; ensuring accuracy of all charges, scope completed and billable items as per the contract and work performed.
- Visit field crews and clients for feedback, improvement areas, adherence to quality policies and NDT procedures, and understand any additional work scopes for the Aegeus.
- Review project status with Senior Leaders and clients focusing on schedules, issues, billing and risks, with plans to address variances.
- Review client reports to assure accuracy and client expectation are met and signed off.
- Ensure adherence to NQA-1 quality, ITAR, and other site requirements. Notify supervisors and Quality Manager of quality problems and assist in identifying and correcting these concerns.

Pay range for this job is $175 - 200K annually and is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Seven (7) years relevant NDT/NQA-1 testing experience
- 5 Years of Supervisory Level managing projects with a large scope, over $10 million annually.
- Must have the ability to maintain company certification standards.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- NDT UT, MT, and RT Level II certifications preferred.
- Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program.
