Position Overview

We are hiring for a new General Manager over our utilities NDT and inspection services! This is a full time position to help drive growth in our California operations!  This position comes with full benefits including paid time off and matching 401K plan. The main duties include:

 

• Oversee all aspects of operations for utility inspections within California.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the Aegeus Inspections utility inspection market presence and drive substantial growth.
• Formulate the annual business plan; budget and monitor adherence to the plan and initiative corrective actions as required.
• Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business objectives, growth strategies, and market penetration.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Regional Manager and executive team on the utility inspection service line.
• Participate and contribute as a member of the AIS West Leadership team to ensure EBITDA performance meets expectations.

Pay range for this job level is $125 - 175K annually and is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Education and Work Experience

• 8+ years of NDT experience to be able to understand applicable techniques to be used for customer solutions.
• Experience in an industrial, petrochemical, refining, or utility-related environment is required.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing a business unit or department.

• High school diploma required. College degree preferred. 

• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
