Position Overview

 

  •  The position is responsible for providing technical, administrative, and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate technical and administrative operations of AIS East Region. This position is critical to the success of the Safety, Training and Quality program at Aegeus Inspection Solutions.

 

The main duties include:

  • Receive, maintain, create personnel files for the AIS East for current employees and new employees. Including but not limited to prior certifications, training and experience hours, and current certifications.

  • Generate and distribute to management reports regarding employee certifications status monthly.

  • Proctor written examination for qualifications, in-house examinations and Operator Qualification programs as required.

  • Assist HR, Safety and IT in the On-boarding and termination process for employees.

  • Primary point of access for Operator Qualification Portals.

The pay range for this position is USD $22 to $27 per hour.  Pay range for this job level is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Education and Work Experience

  • High School and Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong Computer and Communication Skills Required
  • Understanding of general industry quality procedures, processes and safety requirements.
  • Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
