The main duties include:
Receive, maintain, create personnel files for the AIS East for current employees and new employees. Including but not limited to prior certifications, training and experience hours, and current certifications.
Generate and distribute to management reports regarding employee certifications status monthly.
Proctor written examination for qualifications, in-house examinations and Operator Qualification programs as required.
Assist HR, Safety and IT in the On-boarding and termination process for employees.
Primary point of access for Operator Qualification Portals.

The pay range for this position is USD $22 to $27. Pay range for this job level is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
