The main duties include:
- Develop, lead and execute operational growth plans for the Southeast through service line, client, and market expansion meeting profitability and growth expectations.
- Manage the business by effectively using sales reports, departmental / service line / location profit and loss statements, monthly financials; developing specific actions directly related to business results and growth in conjunction with local operational leaders.
- Manage workforce to optimally fulfill customer needs and ensure profitability in regard to hiring, promotion, reduction, etc.
- Actively work with the leadership team at Aegeus and AIS group on key initiatives to grow the Southeast Region.
- Manage and ensure operational requirements including resources needed, training required, and client expectations are being executed within the region; define and establish operational priorities; and achieve financial objectives for the region.
- Ensure operational excellence for the region by measuring key performance indicators such as client satisfaction, growth strategy achievement, and service delivery expectations.
