Position Overview

We have a new opening for a Data Entry Technician out of our Colorado office! This is a full time position with benefits, PTO, and opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will be local to the Denver area with experience entering data into an integrity data management system (IDMS) or similar system. Come join our growing team!

 

The main duties include:

  • Manage customer data in their integrity data management system, including validating data, entering the data, and updating it based on changes or client feedback.
  • Provide quality assurance of input data, ensuring that it meets customer specific requirements. 
  • Follow up with field staff on outstanding, missing or incorrect data to ensure client timelines for data submission. 
  • Be a contact point for both clients and field staff on data entry requirements and follow ups. 
  • Help develop reports and analysis.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks such as purchasing, PO creation, billing, and other tasks in line with Aegeus Corporate timelines and requirement.s

*The Pay Range for this position is USD $25-35/hr. Pay range for this job level is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.  This position is expected to close out by February 1, 2026.

Education and Work Experience

  • 1+  years of data entry experience.
  • Preferred data entry experience in the oil and gas industry, working with a integrity data management system.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School diploma required.
