- The main function of the Project Manager is to oversee all the NDE/Civil operations for the local area including but not limited to customer scheduling, resource management, adherence to company quality and safety requirements, and project execution. This role is responsible for operational excellence and working to exceed customer expectations to establish and grow our NDE/Civil capabilities and presence in the area.
The main duties include:
- Determine operational NDE/Civil requirements including resources and skillsets needed, training required, and timeline per customer requests; interface with customer daily to ensure schedule is up to date and customer needs are being met.
- Be the point of contact for customers on NDE/Civil scheduling and technical expertise; interface daily to ensure we are prepared for all upcoming work requirements and answer NDE/Civil technical questions.
- Understand customer and company specifications thoroughly for NDE/Civil procedures and ensure we are adhering to those standards through employee training, auditing, and reporting review.
- Track field crew reporting submissions, review reports for errors, and ensure we are meeting client timelines, including 24-hour submission requirements.
- Update client billing tracker daily with actual work performed, cost codes, and other requirements to ensure pre-approvals for billing are complete and forecasting is done accurately and timely.

The Pay Range for this position is USD $50-60/hr. Pay range for this job level is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
