Advanced Services Manager

We have a new opening for Field Advanced Services Manager in our Colorado office! This is a full time position with full benefits and PTO. Come join our growing team!

The main duties include:

• Oversee all aspects of operations for Advanced Services, specifically PAUT in the Colorado market.
• Perform billable PAUT on client sites in Colorado, ensuring to adhere to client and company procedures and quality standards. 
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated and ready for use as required. 
• Train and mentor other technicians in the correct application of advanced services NDT specifically PAUT. 
• Develop, maintain, and foster relationships with existing and new clients to support and grow advanced services specifically in the Colorado market.
• Provide technical expertise, direction and guidance to clients for applications in advanced NDT methods.

Pay range for this job level is $60 - $75 an hour and is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law. This position is expected to close on May 1, 2026.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 5+ years of NDT experience

• 5+ years of PAUT experience.

   

• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Ability to be certified or currently have an existing 3rd party Level II certification in UT and PAUT.
• Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program
